RETUNS AND REFUND POLICY

A full refund will be issued if an order is cancelled before the product is shipped. Any orders already shipped cannot be canceled. Due to the nature of the items we sell, we cannot accept returns on our products without it being a quality or shipping issue. Used items cannot be returned. 

Email us at contactus@ojocosmetics.com  with a photo of the damaged or incorrect item along with your name and order number. Damaged items can be replaced or a refund can be issued based on your preference. All items excluding final sale items are eligible for a refund or replacement within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items will be inspected upon receipt and we will notify you by email of receipt. Upon inspection of your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If you are approved a refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-20 business days.
